Founder & President
Sara’s experience in the WC industry spans over 18 years, across a multitude of service lines including surveillance, MSA’s, and transportation and translation, however, her passion of T&T propelled the formation of Transcom Solutions. Sara has a strong background in sales and operations which makes her a unique leader as she is passionate and skilled at the makeup needed to deliver exceptional results. Additionally, Sara is always searching for new and innovative ways to create true partnerships and unique forward thinking approaches to client relationships. Sara co-founded Transcom Solutions in 2009 on the basic principle that customer service shouldn’t be an afterthought. Starting with only the relationships she had built, Transcom Solutions is now a successful company that prides itself on a customer-first business model.

Ryan has been with Transcom Solutions since 2015 and oversees the daily operations of the company, including the finance department. Ryan brings over 17 years of business ownership, operations, and sales experience to Transcom. Ryan has created operational efficiencies and has been a significant part of the company’s exponential growth.
